These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of lexisylver.com (our store, hosted on Shopify) and blog.lexisylver.com (our blog, hosted on WordPress), together the “Sites,” operated by Lexi Sylver Enterprises, Inc. (d.b.a. Lexi Sylver and LexiSylver.com) (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By visiting the Sites or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms, including the policies referenced here (such as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy). If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.

1. Adult audience (18+)

Our Sites address adult relationship topics and offer erotic literature and adult education. By using the Sites or purchasing from us, you represent that you are 18 years old or older, or at least the age of majority where you live, and you consent to viewing text, images, and/or video that may include adult themes or language. The Sites are not intended for minors.

2. Use of the Sites

You may not use the Sites or their content for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright), or to transmit any malware. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of our content or services without our written permission. We may refuse service, and may terminate your access, for any violation of these Terms.

3. Products, services, and digital content

We offer online courses (including the Swinging 101 series), erotic short stories and ebooks, physical books, virtual events, and complimentary coaching discovery calls.

  • Digital products and courses are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use; you may not redistribute or resell them.
  • Physical books currently ship to Canada only. We may add other regions in the future.
  • Virtual event tickets are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. If we cancel or reschedule an event, we will offer you a transfer or a refund.
  • Coaching/consultation discovery calls are free. Any paid coaching engagement is governed by a separate written agreement that you sign before it begins; those terms — not these — control the paid coaching relationship.
  • We try to display products and pricing accurately but do not warrant that descriptions, colors, or pricing are error-free, and we may correct errors and cancel affected orders.
  • Prices and availability may change without notice, and we may limit or discontinue any product or service.

4. Orders, billing, and returns

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We may refuse or limit any order at our discretion. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. In short: digital products (courses and ebooks) carry a 30-day satisfaction guarantee; physical books ship to Canada only and are refunded or replaced if they arrive damaged or defective; and virtual event tickets are non-refundable except in exceptional cases.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and/or PayPal. We do not store full payment card numbers. By paying, you agree to the applicable processor’s terms.

6. User comments and submissions

If you send comments, ideas, reviews, or other submissions, you grant us the right to use, edit, and publish them without restriction or compensation. You are responsible for your submissions, which must be lawful and must not violate any third party’s rights. We may, but are not obligated to, remove content we find objectionable.

7. Third-party links and tools

The Sites may include content, links, or tools from third parties we do not control, provided “as is” without warranty. We are not responsible for third-party sites, products, or practices; review their terms before engaging with them.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Sites and all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Educational and informational content (including relationship and sexual-wellness content) is for general information only and is not medical, psychological, or legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexi Sylver Enterprises, Inc. and its officers, employees, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites or our products and services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lexi Sylver Enterprises, Inc. and its affiliates from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Privacy

Your submission of personal information through the Sites is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes here; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Quebec. Questions should be sent to:
