Refund policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to lexisylver.com (our store, hosted on Shopify) and blog.lexisylver.com (our blog, hosted on WordPress), together the “Sites.” It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. If you have any question about a refund, email lexi@lexisylver.com before or after your purchase.
Digital products — courses and ebooks
Our online courses (including the Swinging 101 series) and erotic ebooks come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with a digital purchase, email lexi@lexisylver.com within 30 days of your purchase date and we’ll issue a full refund — no complicated hoops. After 30 days, digital sales are final.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once refunded, your access to the course or download will be removed.
Physical books
We currently ship physical books to Canada only. (We may add other regions in the future.)
Because each book is shipped individually, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. We will, however, refund or replace any book that arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit. Email lexi@lexisylver.com within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date, if it never arrived) with your order number and, for damage, a quick photo. We’ll cover the cost of the replacement or issue a refund.
Virtual events and tickets
Tickets to virtual events are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. If we cancel or reschedule an event, you may choose a transfer to the new date or a full refund.
Coaching and consultations
Initial coaching discovery calls are free, so there is nothing to refund. Any paid coaching engagement is governed by the separate written agreement you sign before the engagement begins; the refund and cancellation terms in that agreement — not this policy — apply to paid coaching.
How to request a refund
Email lexi@lexisylver.com with your order number and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within a few business days. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the “Effective date” above shows the latest revision.
