Privacy policy
Lexi Sylver Enterprises, Inc.
Effective date: June 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to lexisylver.com (our online store, hosted on Shopify) and blog.lexisylver.com (our blog, hosted on WordPress), together referred to as the “Sites.” Both are operated by Lexi Sylver Enterprises, Inc. (“Lexi Sylver,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Intended for adults (18+). Our Sites discuss adult relationship topics and offer erotic literature and adult education. They are intended for visitors who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority where you live). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
By using our Sites, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.
1. Who we are and how to contact us
Lexi Sylver Enterprises, Inc.
2445 Saint Louis, Montreal, Quebec, H4M 1P7, Canada
Email: lexi@lexisylver.com
Because we are based in Quebec, Canada, we act as the person responsible for the personal information we hold. For any privacy question, request, or complaint, contact us at the email above.
2. What information we collect
Information you give us:
- Contact and account details (name, email address, mailing address, phone number) when you create an account, place an order, book coaching, or sign up for our newsletter.
- Order and payment information. Payments are processed by our payment providers (Shopify Payments and/or PayPal); we receive confirmation and billing details but do not store full card numbers.
- Messages and content you send us (contact forms, comments, survey responses, reviews).
- Gift recipient details you provide so we can fulfill a gift.
Information collected automatically:
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, and approximate (city/region) location derived from your IP.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see our separate Cookie Policy and Section 5 below).
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Process and deliver orders, coaching, courses, and downloads, and provide customer support;
- Operate, secure, and improve the Sites;
- Send transactional messages (order status, account, service notices);
- Send marketing emails where permitted, which you can opt out of at any time via the unsubscribe link;
- Conduct analytics and understand how the Sites are used;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We rely on your consent for marketing and for non-essential cookies, on the performance of our contract with you to fulfill orders and services, and on our legitimate interests (and equivalent grounds under Quebec law) to secure and improve the Sites.
4. When we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers who work on our behalf — website hosting (Shopify, WordPress/host), payment processing (Shopify Payments, PayPal), order fulfillment, email/newsletter delivery, and analytics — limited to what they need to provide their service.
- Legal and safety reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, customers, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
We use a small number of analytics cookies to understand how the Sites are used; you can refuse non-essential cookies through our consent banner. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels. If that ever changes, we will update this Policy and our cookie banner before doing so.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, preferences, analytics, and (where enabled) marketing. On both Sites you can accept or refuse non-essential cookies through our consent banner, and change your choice at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. For full detail, see our Cookie Policy.
6. Your privacy rights
If you are in the United States (including California, and states with similar laws), you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you;
- Request correction or deletion of your personal information;
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
We do not sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising, so there is no “Do Not Sell or Share” opt-out to exercise. To make any other request, email lexi@lexisylver.com. We will verify your request before responding.
If you are in Canada / Quebec, you may request access to and correction of your personal information, withdraw consent, and ask about how your information is handled. Quebec residents may also have rights regarding automated decision-making and data portability. Contact us at the email above; if you are not satisfied, you may contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Everyone can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — for example, to maintain your account, fulfill orders, meet tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes — after which we delete or anonymize it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. Payment card data is encrypted in transit by our payment processors. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; you provide information at your own risk and should use safe browsing practices.
9. International transfers
We are based in Canada and use service providers (including in the United States). Where personal information is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this Policy and applicable law.
10. Children
The Sites are intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links
Our Sites and emails may link to third-party websites and social platforms we do not control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; review their policies before sharing information.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use of the Sites after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
13. Contact
Questions, requests, or complaints: lexi@lexisylver.com, or by mail at the address in Section 1.
