Digital products

Online courses, ebooks, and other digital products are delivered electronically — there is nothing to ship. You’ll receive access or a download link by email after your purchase is confirmed.

Physical books

We currently ship physical books to Canada only. (We may add other regions in the future.)

Orders are typically processed within a few business days. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location within Canada and the carrier. Any shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Damaged, defective, or lost packages

If a book arrives damaged or defective, or doesn’t arrive at all, we’ll refund or replace it — see our Refund & Returns Policy for how to reach us and the time limits that apply.
